A few years ago my sister-in-law brought "teddy bear kits" to the family cottage during a winter gathering. EVERYONE helped put together the kits and customize clothing and ribbons and such. It was absolutely one of the best gatherings we have had in the past 12 years. There is something magical about seeing those teddy bears come to life. What a lovely life you must lead.
