Company !!!

For those of you who follow my Blog you can see that I have been very busy with moving etc. etc. I am so looking forward to just sitting down and getting some new teddies made but when one works at home it is very challenging at times. :)

Right now my mother is here from Mo. So nice to see her and spend some time with her but very hard to get things done. Oh well it will have to wait.
My husband mom and daugthter Kim went up the hill for a ride on Tues. to Apple Hill !!! There are many apple orchards pumpkins crafts and eating places, and the list goes on. It was a beautiful fall day !!!

"ANTIQUE FAIRE"

Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by to check out my Blog...I know it has been awhile but it seems there are only so many hours in a day. :)

Since we needed a little break from all of our work on this house and having a garage sale on Sat. we thought we would take a break on Sun. and take a drive up the hill to Auburn Ca. I just love it in the hills. They were having a antique show so that was right up my alley.

This is a statue in the middle of town. This was a goldrush town so this is a man mining for gold !!!

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIM"

Today is our daughter's Birthday !!! I won't say how old she is because that makes me older and that is so not right~~~

I just love having a daughter. We have always had a special bond. It's great to know that whatever happens in one's life you have children that care for you. What is there in life if we don't have "LOVE".

Kim is a animal lover as you can see from some of my posts. As a child I had to tell her "just look the other way you cannot save every animal you see". Well she still tries. ;)
She has the biggest heart and is so passionate about what she believes in.

A few housewarming gifts for our new home !!! My motherinlaw has great taste !!! A nice baking dish that I just had to test out. It also has a lid that matches. And the fruit lights and candle. I do love candles !!!

Fun Day !!!

I know I know, when are you going to get back to work girly? Well as an artist one has much thinking to do to come up with that very special project.  :) Since I have been working so hard on the house and this move I guess I needed a wee little break. It's so nice to be back where I can see my kids once in awhile so when I have a chance to spend a little time with them I just say what the heck I will work later. :)

My daughter Kim was here on Mon. and brought little "Cooper" with her. We hung around here for awhile and then took off to the outdoor mall up the road. We had lunch and just wandered around enjoying the wonderful day!!!

Afternoon Outing~~~

We have not had much time lately to explore much but we took a little break and went up the road just ten miles to Roseville, right outside of Sacramento to a very nice outdoors shopping center. We had to pick up some of our special coffee so we thought we could check things out....

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to catch you up on my progress on what has been going on with getting things put away and organized. I do have my studio finished and almost done with the house except for a few things I can't seem to find.
